The Wave is a modular, sustainable and innovative building concept for B2B customers, designed especially for global markets. The concept combines high-end architecture with timber construction and green solutions. It serves well hotels, marinas and resorts but is suitable also for small enterprises.
The main product is a modular, scalable unit that can be placed in any location without expensive and heavy foundations. It can be used, for example, as a restaurant, spa, pavilion or lodge and be located on ground, water or on a rooftop. Visually distinctive buildings are altered with interior space elements and surface materials.
The modular buildings are made of construction elements which are prefabricated in a factory, then delivered in containers to a site for fast assembly. The elements are made of Cross-Laminated Timber, CLT, which is selected due to its sustainability and superior qualities in construction. If needed, the buildings can be disassembled and transferred to any other location later.
