Parking is provided by the Saukonlaituri parking facility across the street. The 6-story section has a rooftop garden and the tower's 14th floor features common spaces and saunas with sheltered terraces offering 360-degree views of Jätkäsaari and the Gulf of Finland. Facades are rendered in a tartan pattern of brickwork culminating in the tower pergola or "crown".
